Bio

While living in Charlotte, NC, I started working in the restaurant industry after a career as a professional ballet dancer. Like the world of the arts, restaurants offered a performance driven and creative environment that was also a challenge that I seek and then excel in. As I continued to grow and develop in the industry into an operations role, I experienced and built an extensive understanding of how the restaurant industry works and how I can best apply myself to it. Currently working at Singer MTucker servicing a variety of customers as a buyer's agent for owners and operators. I offer over 15 years of operations experience within the industry that allows me to adapt to my customer's needs as well as the ebbs and flow of the industry.
