Chandre is a Texas native who has more than twenty years’ experience in the hospitality industry. In Austin, TX, she held GM positions at James Beard Award-winning Uchi Austin and nationally-acclaimed La Condesa Austin, and then made the move to San Francisco to join the Daniel Patterson Group and the Aster team, earning a 1-Star Michelin rating within the first six months of service. In 2016, she left restaurant operations to lend her expertise to the tech world via table management software at Reserve, first in San Francisco and then in Chicago. Reserve was acquired by Resy and shortly thereafter by American Express. She now lives in New York City managing the Customer Success team at Resy. She is also a member of the Les Dames d'Escoffier, Intl. and volunteers with Frontline Foods.
