The team is passionate about hospitality and the vibrancy of the brands and projects that they work on. The company has a thoughtful and specialized approach to its brokerage and consulting business - creating high-impact real estate strategies in both urban and “suburban-urban” environments. Its services range from market entry and multi-unit expansion strategies in the New York Metro, to brokerage, consulting and F&B project-leasing roles nationwide. Brand Urban prides itself on its ability to understand the restaurant industry, consumer behaviors and market trends, creating successful growth plans and leasing strategies for its clients.

Bio

Taryn founded Brand Urban in order to bring a specialized and thoughtful approach to her real estate brokerage and consulting business. Prior to launching Brand Urban in 2019, Taryn worked at Manhattan-based brokerage company, SCG Retail, where her primary focus was on tenant representation and expansion roll-outs for brands including Sweetgreen and Starbucks. Taryn graduated from Tufts University in 2012 with a BS degree is psychology and entrepreneurial leadership. She is the co-chair of ICSC’s New York City Next Generation Committee as well as a member of the UJA Federation REX Planning Committee.
