Free flowing ideas, positive energy, and fresh coffee and pastries made for an inspirational and uplifting meeting, as Hallie’s good vibes and insightful candor made it clear that, despite the challenges that face every NYC restaurateur, she and her excellent team truly enjoy providing the emotional solace that only comes from ice cream. Being a genuine neighborhood spot that offers a unique menu is a fine line that Caffe Panna walks with confidence, and we all left that morning with Panna-sweetened smiles and a feeling that the future is in good hands.
