The chefs at Ardyn hosted NYCHG to talk about the restaurant scene in NYC
This Summer on June 18th, NYCHG visited Chef Adam Bordonaro and Chef Ryan Lory’s very first venture together called ARDYN on W8th St. The two owners talked to us about how they started this partnership and wanted to create something together. As new parents themselves, it was difficult search to find a space that offered a Chef’s Eat-In counter and they finally found this gem of a location. Chef’s talked about their roles in the project and how it is taking them to break into the growing food scene in this street.
This October, in less than a year of opening, ARDYN received the Michelin Guide Full Plate recognition.
