The panel was an open and honest dialogue with diverse perspectives on how these operators have had to adapt, fight and pivot while addressing the challenges they have encountered over the past nine months. The panelists shared their experiences negotiating with their current landlords, navigating their lease obligations, and their future outlook for food and beverage operations in NYC.
